Application method:
1¡¢Input power wire and output wire with clips, red plug to red socket, black plug to black socket; The red clip match anode, the black match cathode. Insert the light detector into instrument "light input". Do not mix up;
2¡¢According to the object¡¯s work wavelength, please choose the right switch.
3¡¢According to the polarity and the way of connection to connect the laser diode components, turn on the power, and then begin to test. When left switch hits "mA", get the maximum current 199.9mA, by contrast, hitting the "mw" show the output power.
4¡¢When measure the light power, please make the output light align with input window of the probe, then get the maximum, that¡¯s the output light power.
5¡¢Turn off the power after finishing test, if you don¡¯t use it during a long time, please pull out the input wire, the laser detector and DC wire.
Attention:
1¡¢The pole of electrical source must be insert correctly. Pay attention to output DC plug and electrical outlet and wire of module.
2¡¢During the test, the DC output wire do not short-circuit. The LD module can¡¯t touch detector in case it damages the chip.
3¡¢In order to prevent the module from damages in the start process, this instrument sets "slow start " function. Therefore, every time turn on the power, do not plug laser LD with electricity.
4¡¢Take the instrument carefully, especially should prevent the ground glass in detector and battery from dropping because of shock.
